Warranty and Returns

Conditions for accepting returns

Returns will only be accepted for unopened and unused items, and must be reported to us via email within 2 weeks of receipt.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products in the following cases.
● Products that have been received more than 15 days ago. ● Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons such as not getting the desired effect, not liking the feel of the product, not agreeing with your skin, or ordering the wrong product. ● Products that have been used by the customer (opened once). ● Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.

Defective Products

1. If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 15 days after receiving the product.
2. Please note that if you do not contact us within 15 days, we may not be able to accept your return.
3. If the product is damaged, the wrong size, or any other defect occurs due to our negligence, we will cover the shipping costs and replace the product as soon as possible. The replacement product will be shipped as soon as the returned product has been confirmed.

Return deadline

1. When you receive the product, please check immediately to make sure that the item you received is not different from what you ordered.
2. We take every precaution when shipping products, but in the unlikely event that a wrong item is shipped or there is a defective product, we will accept returns or exchanges.
3. In this case, please contact us within 15 days after receiving the product.
4. Please note that we cannot accept returns if more than 15 days have passed.
5. Replacement is possible within the warranty period.

When we cover the costs of return or exchange

- The product you receive is incorrect (including color or size) or is damaged when shipped by our company.

How to refund

  • For credit cards:

Depending on the closing date of your card company, after you have been billed, the card company may refund or offset the amount the following month.

  • For Bank Transfer & Cash on Delivery:
The amount you have paid will be deducted and refunded via bank transfer.
PS Please fill in your bank account information carefully and double check it. If you provide the wrong account number, the transfer will fail. If the transfer fails, a fee will be charged. (It varies from 550 yen to 990 yen. The amount varies depending on the bank.) This fee will be borne by the customer. It will be deducted at the time of the second transfer. Thank you for your understanding.

I returned an item but haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (approximately 2-3 business days from the date of delivery), we will process your refund immediately. We will issue a refund to the payment method you used to place your order within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to be reflected.
If after two weeks you still have not received your refund, please contact NiZ's Customer Care team so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
