Conditions for accepting returns
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following cases.
● Products received over 15 days ago
● Returns or exchanges due to reasons such as not achieving the expected results, dissatisfaction with the usage experience, incompatibility with the skin, or order mistakes made by the customer.
● Products that have been used by the customer (once opened)
● Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
Defective products
1. If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 15 days after receiving the item.
2. Please note that if we do not receive communication within 15 days, we may not be able to accept the return.
3. In the event that damage to the product, size discrepancies, or other issues arise due to our store's oversight, we will cover the shipping costs and promptly replace the item for you. The replacement will be shipped as soon as we confirm receipt of the returned product.
Return Deadline
1. When the product arrives, please check immediately to ensure that it matches your order and that no incorrect items have been sent.
2. We take every precaution in shipping our products, but if there happens to be any shipping errors or defective items, we will accept returns and exchanges.
3. In this case, please contact us within 15 days after the product arrives.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted if more than 15 days have passed.
5. During the warranty period, replacement is possible.
When our company bears the costs of returns and exchanges
● Product discrepancies (including color and size) and product damage caused by our company's shipping.
● After confirming, please return the product with cash on delivery.
● In the case of returns due to defective products or errors in our company's goods,
Refund Method
- For credit cards:
The amount after deducting the cost you are responsible for will be refunded through an adjustment to the card payment amount. Depending on the card company's closing date, there may be cases where you are initially charged, and then a refund or offset is processed by the card company in the following month.
- For bank transfer & cash on delivery:
I returned the item, but I haven't been refunded yet. What should I do?
Once the returned item has been received and inspected (approximately 2-3 business days from the delivery date), we will promptly process your refund. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used when placing your order within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to be reflected.
If you have not received a refund after two weeks, please contact the NiZ customer care team for assistance. We will investigate the cause of the delay.

Generally, returned items can be verified within 1 to 3 days after they are received.
If there is no damage, dirt, missing accessories, or tag removal, we will process a refund or exchange within 24 hours after confirmation.
