Conditions for accepting returns.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of goods in the following cases
Products that have been received for more than 15 days
Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons such as not getting the desired effect, not liking the feel of the product, skin not matching the product, wrong order, etc.
Products that have been used by the customer (once opened).
● Products that have been defaced or damaged by the customer.

1, If the goods are faulty, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.
2, Please note that if contact is not made within 15 days, the return may not be accepted.
3, If the product is damaged, the wrong size or is otherwise defective due to an error on our part, we will pay the shipping costs and replace the product immediately. The replacement item will be dispatched as soon as we have received the returned goods.
Return period
1, As soon as you receive the goods, please check that you have not received something different from your order.
2, We take all possible measures to ship the goods, but in the unlikely event that there is a shipping error or defective goods, we will return or exchange them.
3, In this case, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
4. After 15 days, we will not be able to accept returns.
5, Within the warranty period, a replacement is possible.
If we bear the return/exchange costs
● Wrong product (including colour and size) or damaged product due to our dispatch.
After checking, send the goods back to us by cash-on-delivery.
In the case of returns due to defective goods or our wrong product.
How to get a refund
- Credit card:
The amount of the refund will be made by changing the amount of the credit card transaction after deducting the amount you are responsible for. Depending on the credit card company's closing date, the amount may be charged once and refunded or offset by the credit card company in the following month.
- For bank transfers & cash on delivery:
I returned the product but have not yet been refunded. What should I do?
As soon as we receive and inspect the returned goods (approximately 2-3 working days from the date of delivery), we will immediately process the refund, which will be made within 7 working days to the payment method the customer used to place the order. Please note that some credit card companies may take a further 2-10 working days for the refund to take effect.
If you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact the NiZ Customer Care team. We will investigate the cause of the delay.

Generally, returns can be confirmed within 1-3 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If the product is not damaged, soiled, incorrectly packaged or tagged off, we will refund or exchange it within 24 hours of confirmation.
