Return Eligibility Conditions
- The item is returned more than 15 days after receipt
- The return is due to customer preferences (e.g. it didn’t work as expected, the feel is unsatisfactory, doesn’t suit your skin, you ordered the wrong item, etc.)
- The item has been opened or used
- The item has been soiled or damaged by the customer
Defective Items
- If your item is defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- If you do not contact us within 15 days, we may be unable to process your return.
- If the issue is due to our error (e.g. incorrect size, damage, or shipping mistake), we will cover return shipping and send a replacement as soon as we receive and confirm the returned item.
Return Period
- When your order arrives, please check immediately to ensure the item matches your order.
- We take great care in shipping, but in the event of any shipping error or defective item, we will handle the return or exchange.
- In such cases, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product.
- We are unable to process returns or exchanges if more than 15 days have passed since delivery.
- If within the warranty period, exchanges may still be possible depending on the issue.
When We Cover the Return or Exchange Shipping Costs
- If the wrong item, size, color, or a damaged product was shipped by our company
- If the product is returned with cash on delivery after confirmation
- If the item is defective or the issue is due to our shipping mistake
Refund Methods
- For Credit Card Payments:
The refund amount will be credited back to your card by adjusting the original transaction.
Depending on your credit card company’s billing cycle, the refund may appear on your statement in the following month after your billing date.
- For Bank Transfers & Cash-on-Delivery Orders:
The refund will be transferred to your designated bank account, minus any applicable fees.
*Please make sure to enter your bank account details accurately and double-check them. Providing incorrect account information may cause a failed transfer, in which case a re-transfer fee will be charged (typically between ¥550 and ¥990 depending on the bank). This re-transfer fee will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount in the second attempt.
I returned the product but have not yet been refunded. What should I do?
Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection (typically 2–3 business days after delivery), we will begin the refund process. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that some credit card companies may take a further 2-10 working days for the refund to take effect.
If you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact the NiZ customer support team. We will investigate the cause of the delay.
Return and Exchange Process
Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange.
② Send the item to the provided return address.
③ Inspection upon receipt of the returned item.
We typically inspect returns within 1–3 business days of receiving the item.
If there is no damage, dirt, missing accessories, or detached tags, we will process the refund or exchange within 24 hours of confirmation.
