Please transfer the payment to the specified account within 14 days after placing your order. If we are unable to confirm your payment within 14 days of the order date, your order will be cancelled. Please pay the shipping fee to the delivery company when the product is delivered. The COD fee will be borne by the customer. There will be a COD fee of 330 yen.

Each month, billing will be finalized at the end of the month and an invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month. You will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
-Payment methods are convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.
The payment due date is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 12th*. However, for January and May, the payment may be debited on the 20th*.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit, no payment fee will be charged.

Delivery time of the product If an item is in stock, we will usually ship it on the same day if you place your order before 10:00am Japan time. If you place your order after 10:00am, we will ship it on the next business day.

Return/exchange deadlines and return shipping fees If you wish to return a product due to a defective product, incorrect delivery, or other reasons on our part, please contact our service center within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover all shipping and handling fees.
