・ We will issue an invoice for the confirmed billing amount at the end of each month on the 1st day of the following month, and notify you via email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
・ Payment methods include payment at convenience store terminals, bank transfer, and direct debit from your account.
・ The payment due date will be the 10th for payments at convenience stores and bank transfers. For direct debit, it will be on the 12th*. However, in January and May, it may fall on the 20th*.
・ Depending on the payment method, a handling fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (billing). For payments at convenience stores, the maximum fee is 390 yen (including tax), and for bank transfers, the remittance fee will be borne by the customer. For direct debit, no payment handling fee will be incurred.
