Q. When will my order ship?
A. For in-stock items in Japan, your order will be shipped from our local warehouse. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.
For pre-order items: they will be shipped the day after your order, with delivery expected in approximately 4–7 days.
Shipping Fee Details:
- For orders under ¥4,999, a ¥500 shipping fee applies.
- For orders ¥5,000 and above, shipping is free.
P.S. If you select cash on delivery (COD), an additional ¥330 handling fee will be charged.

Q. How do I know if my item has been shipped?
A. Whether you order from our online shop via PC or smartphone, we will send you a notification email that includes your shipment date and tracking number.
If there is any risk of delay, we will also notify you via email.
